This annual report highlights the work carried out by Healthwatch Bolton over the past year, showcasing our commitment to amplifying the voices of local residents in health and social care.
Throughout 2022-2023, Healthwatch Bolton listened to the concerns of over 887 people, provided vital advice to 266 individuals, and produced five impactful reports that influenced service improvements.
Collaborative efforts with local partners, including Bolton GP Federation, have helped to address critical issues such as GP access, NHS dentistry, and cancer screening.
This report also celebrates volunteers’ contributions and outlines our future priorities in engaging with the local community to improve care.
