This report highlights the key achievements of Healthwatch Bolton over the past year, focusing on championing the voices of local residents in health and social care.
Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Healthwatch Bolton have reached over 800 people to gather feedback on critical services such as GP access, dental care, and mental health support.
Through partnerships with Bolton GP Federation and local organisations, we have worked to address health inequalities and ensure that the community’s concerns are heard and acted upon. This report showcases our efforts and outlines our future priorities in making healthcare more accessible for all.
