On November 29, 2024, Healthwatch in Greater Manchester (HWinGM) will host the conference, “Listening for Change: Transforming Health and Social Care across Greater Manchester with Lived Experience”, at Friends Meeting House. This event is dedicated to fostering collaboration between patients, health and social care professionals, and community stakeholders to enhance quality improvement through shared experiences and practical strategies.

The aim of the day is to bring individuals voices to the forefront, ensuring the people are heard from across Greater Manchester when making improvements and changes to services across Greater Manchester. Attendees will gain insights into the pivotal role HWinGM plays as a “critical friend” in supporting and challenging quality improvement and assurance.
