Healthwatch Manchester are happy to release the 2023-2024 Annual Report which contains information about their work over the last year.
After a busy year they are incredible excited to share with you the vast array of work their wonderful team of staff and volunteers have completed over the year.
From reviewing 82 GP Practice websites to investigating the experiences of learning-disabled people when in receipt of an Annual Health Check, this report contains many examples of the projects undertaken over the year to help improve the quality of health and social care received by Manchester citizens.
There is input from our Chair Amanda, Chief Officer Neil, Engagement Officers Daniel and Ada and our volunteers in this jampacked report.
